How to run a Full System Reset on a Q device

In the Sky UI 

Highlight the SETTINGS menu 

Press 0 0 1 (and then press SELECT) 

Navigate to the 'Reset' menu  

Select "Factory Reset" and press SELECT. 

Your device will then perform a Full System (Factory) reset.
