Providing catalogue in use information

To provide catalogue in use  

1. For Q devices: telnet to the device and copy/paste output of curl 'http://127.0.0.1:9001/as/system/setting/appCatalogueURI'
2. For SOIP devices: copy/paste output of curl 'http://<device IP address>:9005/as/system/setting/appCatalogueURI' no need to ssh into the device
