How to reset Xumo Stream Box

Reset on device UI

1. Go to "Settings"
2. System Management
3. Resets & Updates
4. Factory Reset

Reset via button on bottom of device

1. Unplug device from power cord
2. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the device
3. While holding the button, plug the power cord back in, and keep holding for 10 seconds
4. DRI will get launched and download a factory software image

Note: Both reset options will prompt the user to go through device set up again as if the device was powered on for the first time.
